HMT

Bioenergy helps any health condition by restoring and balancing energetic information from the Aether. BioEnergy optimises health and is delivered simply and easily. The healing process does not focus on illness but awakens the energetic potential of well-being within everyone. BioEnergy is practised in person, long distance and in a group setting without losing potency and effectiveness for the individual.

Childhood Conditioning
Essentially, in the most straightforward way, children are conditioned by their environment and carers, whoever they are. They are akin to a computer, with the environment being the programme being inserted and reinforced on a regular daily basis, forming the programming from which the adult will operate for the rest of their life. Mostly between the ages of zero and six years, hence the saying, 'Give me the child to age seven, and I will show you the man.' My work directly addresses this programming and changes it at the unconscious level, resulting in new outcomes for clients, thus enabling them to move forward free of the baggage accumulated over a lifetime.

Food and Sugar Addiction
One of the focus areas of my work has been healing food addiction in all its forms. Modern junk foods, driven by clever marketing and loaded with salt, fat, and sugar, have become societal norms despite their harmful effects. These foods lack essential nutrients, leaving the body craving real nourishment even as people consume excessive amounts. This contributes to health issues like chronic pain, obesity, and disease, as the body struggles to process these "stomach fillers" that provide no real value and deplete energy reserves.
My energy healing and coaching offer a quick, painless way to eliminate cravings without withdrawal symptoms, dieting, weigh-ins, or special meals. In just one session, cravings can be completely resolved, provided you genuinely want change and believe it is possible. This approach also applies to other addictive behaviors, though severe addictions like alcoholism or drug dependency may take more time. Gratitude & Forgiveness
Gratitude and forgiveness are essential for healing and living a fulfilling life. Regular expressions of gratitude lead to greater life satisfaction, positive emotions, better sleep, stronger immune systems, and an overall sense of vitality. Genuine gratitude involves appreciating the simple things often taken for granted, such as food, shelter, clean water, and small acts of kindness. Even those with the least often demonstrate profound gratitude, willingly sharing what little they have. By acknowledging what we have, even during hardships, we can find reasons to be thankful and make life worth living. This perspective can even transform challenging experiences, like illness, into opportunities for reflection and growth. Choosing gratitude can reshape the future, fostering positivity, contentment, and reduced negativity. A world filled with appreciative people could eliminate greed, complaints, and dissatisfaction, creating a brighter and more harmonious society. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to embrace gratitude and strive to be the change, as Gandhi advised, making the world a better place for all.

Snoring & Bruxism
The inconvenience, let alone the cost and pain of dental applications with the associated teeth damage from bruxism, is profound but can be addressed unconsciously. Its roots lie in suppressed emotions. I aim to get to the root of these issues and eliminate them. Bruxism can be resolved by working from the underlying emotions and utilising my treatments. I offer as a one-off stand-alone treatment for those whom it afflicts, ideally in a group setting, to reduce the cost per person and to reach more who need this help.
